Seminar on Train the Trainer
A Faculty Development Programme was organized at Techno India College of Technology from 02/06/2016 to 03/06/2016 at the Language Laboratory. Colnel Prabir Sengupta, the veteran professional with over 33 years of experience in leadership, management, business strategy, recruitment and consultancy imparted training to the faculty members of various departments on the ways to conduct the classes effectively in order to enhance the employability of the students. Communication Games and Case Studies were taken up to facilitate practical understanding of the topics. Mr Sushanta Sinha, the Regional Head of Tata Consultancy Ltd. Spoke to the faculty members about the emerging needs in the Corporate Sector so that the teaching-learning process at the Institute could be framed keeping in mind the needs of the Industry. The Faculty Development Programme was very fruitful and effective.
